Chinese airline Hainan Airlines is ready to restart bi-weekly direct flights from Beijing to Tel Aviv. This announcement comes two months after Hainan’s announcement of a new route from Shanghai to Tel Aviv, and now the airline is re-opening this popular route from China’s capital, Beijing. Almost 3 years since Hainan ceased flights to Israel throughout the pandemic, the airline is gearing up to return to full capacity.
The new route from Beijing to China is planned to run on Wednesdays and Sundays, commencing on February 15, 2023. Travelers should check with the airline directly for entry requirements to China from Israel. You can read more about all the flights that operate out of Ben Gurion airport here.
