Customer Service Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise our team of travel geniuses providing support and guidance to customers booking via our website (multichannel include email, phone calls, online chat, WhatsApp)
- Assist customers with special requests
- Hiring and training of team members
- Ensuring that the customer service team works according to the defined SLA to a high an international standard
Skills & Requirements
- A good knowledge of the Israel geographically and an interest in travel
- Experience in working with customer service and communication systems (such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar)
- Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills in English (native or mother-tongue level, additional languages advantage) with strong verbal communication in Hebrew. Other languages an advantage.
- Possess a can-do attitude with impeccable attention to detail
- Strong computer and internet navigation skills
- Strong service mentality with a willingness to go above and beyond for every customer
- Demonstrate robust multi-tasking skills
- Work from our Tel Aviv office (with the best sea view in town)
