PA & Office Manager

The Job

  • Ensure the company’s work-environment is kept and organized to a high standard (including supplies, maintenance, IT)
  • Manage administrative HR – recruitment, onboarding, and welfare
  • Assist owner and CEO in various tasks (both personal and work)
  • Take on special projects and manage them from A to Z
  • Organize, monitor, and track tasks and coordinate across the team
  • Be a point person within the company for processes
  • Prepare and maintain reports for management
  • Negotiate and communicate with suppliers

Skills & Requirements

  • A professional level of English and Hebrew
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Highly organized, logical and ability to multitask
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Strong ability to use systems and technology (such as project/task management systems, Excel, Word)
  • Work from our Tel Aviv office (with the best sea view in town)

Customer Service Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise our team of travel geniuses providing support and guidance to customers booking via our website (multichannel include email, phone calls, online chat, WhatsApp)
  • Assist customers with special requests
  • Hiring and training of team members
  • Ensuring that the customer service team works according to the defined SLA to a high an international standard

Skills & Requirements

  • A good knowledge of the Israel geographically and an interest in travel
  • Experience in working with customer service and communication systems (such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar)
  • Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills in English (native or mother-tongue level, additional languages advantage) with strong verbal communication in Hebrew. Other languages an advantage.
  • Possess a can-do attitude with impeccable attention to detail
  • Strong computer and internet navigation skills
  • Strong service mentality with a willingness to go above and beyond for every customer\
  • Demonstrate robust multi-tasking skills
  • Work from our Tel Aviv office (with the best sea view in town)

Content Marketing & Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategy to grow our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) from A to Z
  • Responding to messages and comments, engagement and developing relationships with relevant brands and profiles
  • Responsibility for maintaining and improving content on our websites
  • Communication with influencers, bloggers, journalists and other channels
  • Preparing and sending regular email newsletters to our mailing lists
  • Manage, edit, and monitor content writing tasks with freelancers and internal content writers
  • Optimization of content along content marketing and SEO principles
  • Writing content as required from time to time
  • Maintaining reports

Requirements:

  • Native-level English speaker
  • 2 years minimum of relevant experience
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles such as SEO, content, social media
  • Passion for the field of travel and ideas about how to make travel better
  • Self-learner who loves to find creative solutions to problems
  • Goal oriented
  • Excellent organization and time management skills, attention to detail, and a high degree of independent judgment with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Meticulous, methodological and attention to detail
  • Efficient and hardworking

  • Writing new articles and product content
  • Communication with influencers, bloggers, journalists and other channels
  • Preparing and sending regular email newsletters to our mailing lists
  • Optimization of content along content marketing and SEO principles
  • Write and update social media posts
  • Updating content on our websites

Requirements:

  • Native-level English speaker
  • 1 year minimum of relevant experience
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles such as SEO, content, social media
