Delta Airlines will launch flights from Boston to Tel Aviv in May 2022. The flight will operate three times per week aboard one of Delta’s newest widebodies, the A330-900neo. The flight will operate in both directions on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. The Boston-Tel Aviv flight will depart at 4:20 PM, and arrive at 9:35 AM the following day, with a duration of 10hr15min. The flight from Tel Aviv to Boston will Depart at 11:50 AM and arrive at 4:45 PM, and will take 11hr55min.
Delta’s A330-900neo aircraft offers a top-quality onboard experience, with 29 Delta One Suites, 28 Premium Select recliners, 56 extra-legroom Comfort+ seats, and 168 standard coach seats. Delta’s addition of the Boston-Tel Aviv route is widely seen as a move to one-up its main rivals, American Airlines and JetBlue, who unveiled the Northeast Alliance in July 2020. Fortunately, this is bound to make pricing more competitive once the flight launches in May of 2022.
