Traveling by bus also enables you to take in the scenery and even spend a night in Beer Sheva before continuing on to Mitzpe Ramon.

From the city of Be’er Sheva you will then need to continue the rest of the journey by bus which usually takes around 1 hour and 17 minutes.

The quickest way to get from Tel Aviv to Mitzpe Ramon is by renting a car. Cars can be collected upon arrival at Ben Gurion airport or at branches in the city from well-known car rental companies including Avis and Sixt. Petrol in Israel is affordable particularly if you are traveling with a group of adults and are able to split the costs. The car journey from Tel Aviv is fairly straight and takes you onto Road 40 through the desert. Total journey time is around 2 hours and 20 minutes.
