Founded in 2006, The Dancing Camel Brewery opened as Israel’s first production microbrewery, and remains to this day, the only microbrewery in Tel Aviv. The Dancing Camel produces beers which are distinctly Israeli in the setting of a quintessential American microbrewery. Whilst the brews vary seasonally, local ingredients are key. Open to the public, the Dancing Camel is not just for beer geeks! Their bar features live blues every Monday night, live jazz on Tuesday nights and a host of other eclectic events ranging from beer pong tournaments to a string quartet symphony. Food is NY-Deli style with overstuffed corned beef, roast beef or salami sandwiches, foot-long hotdogs and other beer-inducing grub – continuing the fusion of Israel with America.
On a smaller scale is the newly-opened Dancing Camel Pub in Florentine, featuring 10 taps of Dancing Camel and other Israeli microbreweries.
