Our overnight Petra and Wadi Rum Tour from Jerusalem departs every day, offering two full days in Jordan, guaranteed departures, and allows you to visit two of Jordan’s most impressive gems in one easy package. It begins with a stunning drive through the Negev Desert to the Jordanian Border. From here, travel to Aqaba and explore Jordan’s only Red Sea city, before continuing to the Wadi Rum Desert and checking into your Bedouin glamping style accommodation. Before sunset, enjoy an exhilarating Jeep Safari tour with a local Bedouin and your guide, taking in the desert landscape and enjoying the best time to take photos, and the perfect afternoon temperature. In the evening at Wadi Rum, gaze at the starlit sky with an overnight stay in a Bedouin campsite. The next morning, enjoy optional morning activities at sunrise and after a leisurely breakfast, you will ride along the ‘desert’ highway leading to Petra, one of the greatest UNESCO recognized archaeological sites. With an experienced guide, you will explore the wonders of this ancient city. Later, you will enjoy free time to explore more of Petra at your own pace. From Petra, you’ll head back and pass through the border to Eilat before heading back to Jerusalem. Over 20,000 people visit Jordan each year with Tourist Israel; will you join them?

Our tour includes $ 70 worth of entry fees to Petra!

Starting September 2025, this tour, along with our Petra tours from Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, will be available. If interested, please reach out to us. In the meantime, our Petra tours departing from Eilat are currently available:  Petra 1 Day Tour, Petra Wadi Rum 2 Day Tour, Petra 2 Day Tour & Petra with Overnight in Aqaba

“The Petra and Wadi Rum tour from Jerusalem was exactly what I wanted. I would recommend the tour to others. I travel alone most times and this type of coordinated short tour works for me. But I do my homework, and read lots of others reviews before I book.”    -Patricia, USA
