Loving Art Making Art Tel Aviv 2027: Dates TBA

Loving Art Making Art in Tel Aviv is an annual event that demonstrates Tel Aviv’s love for art and creativity. This festival aims to kick off the new art exhibition season and sees many of the city’s galleries, museums, artist studios, and general exhibition spaces open their doors to the public for free. In addition, art comes to the city streets with all sorts of amazing displays lining iconic city locations. The 2027 Loving Art Making Art festival will take place in Tel Aviv in the autumn, usually between September and October.

Loving Art Making Art Events 2027

The 2027 dates have yet to be announced. The most recent edition ran from October 23 to 25, 2025, with a central exhibition at Jaffa Port alongside open studios, galleries and museums across the city. In the meantime, check out some of the various past events below:

Space Shuttle 3: 12 artists created a piece for their studio space and exhibited it where in the very place it was created.
Metropolis 2: 60 classes and activities in the Montefiore Neighborhood covered a range of diverse themes. Artists from different disciplines offered these workshops.
Artist’s Residence: Art centers throughout the city opened to the public, displaying specially created works for the weekend.
The Refrigerator: A one-off event featuring video, sound, performance, and installation works in an industrial space that also served as the cold produce storage in the Tel Aviv wholesale market
Eternal Temporariness: A special exhibition of installations and video works at the Tmuna Theater, along with the exhibition workplace at the Helena Rubenstein Pavilion of the Tel Aviv Museum of Art - also open to the public
