The Jewish Film Festival returns to the Jerusalem Cinematheque this year for its annual ru. The festival explores a range of topics relating to issues of Jewish identity and faith. The relationship between Judaism and other world religions is portrayed in the films through art, culture, philosophy, and music. The festival also explores the different ways there are to be Jewish and what it means.
Dozens of films are screened from Israel and abroad including feature films, documentaries, short films, and animated films. Besides screenings, the festival offers lectures, competitions, discussions, live music, special events and more.
The Jewish Film Festival will take place throughout the month of December at the Jerusalem Cinematheque, 11 Hebron Road, Jerusalem.
