Trains from Ben Gurion Airport to Tel Aviv run once an hour during day-time, and there is no service during nighttime, nor at weekends (from Friday afternoon to Saturday night).
Whilst the train fare is cheap (around $4), the train stops on the edge of Tel Aviv at four stations, from where you would need to take a bus ($1.5/6 NIS aprox) to your accommodation, which can be a lengthy process.
