Our Masada, Ein Gedi, Dead Sea, and More tour is available from Tel Aviv and Jerusalem with guaranteed departures every day, taking you to several of the most iconic sites in the region. Begin the day at Masada, ascending via the cable car and touring the fortress which dates to King Herod’s time, taking in the incredible views across the Dead Sea region and the Judean Desert. Next, we’ll head to Ein Gedi, where you will be able to walk through the oasis that sits here in the middle of the desert. Continue to the Dead Sea, where there will be a chance to bathe in the muds and float in the waters of this salty lake which is the lowest point on Earth. Leaving the Dead Sea, we’ll head back to the start point, passing Qumran, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered, and, the lowest and oldest city on Earth, Jericho, on the way.
Our Masada, Ein Gedi, Dead Sea, and More Tour is led by one of our team of experienced guides who will allow you to explore with the group, or head off to explore on your own if you prefer. The tour is available every day from Tel Aviv and Jerusalem with guaranteed departures. Starting in March the tour is available every Sunday and Thursday with Spanish Speaking guide.
“Real value sold, feeling of being a guest rather than a tourist was provided” – Pawel, Poland
“We booked this 1-day tour with Tourist Israel frankly with low expectations due to the lower cost compared to other options. I must say we were very delighted with the entire experience from pick up in the morning until drop off at the end of the day. The bus was very nice and comfortable. The stops in Masada, Ein Gedi, and the Dead Sea were perfect in terms of timing and duration. Our guide Allen was just fantastic. Easy going, very knowledgeable of the area, its history and always provided insight you can’t pick up from a tour book. I really enjoyed spending time with him and talking with him. I would give this operator a 5 Star rating. We would use them again for other tours.” – Richard
