Start your day with a pickup from Tel Aviv or Jerusalem and drive north for your fully guided Galilee Tour. Your first stop is the Yardenit Baptismal site at the southern tip of the Sea of Galilee, which is said to be one of the possible sites of Jesus’ baptism. Today, it welcomes hundreds of thousands of pilgrims yearly. Hear all about this fascinating site and enjoy a short dip in the river for a truly immersive start of the tour. Continue along the eastern coastline for a stop at a panoramic lookout point where all of the Galilee is laid out in front our your eyes. Galilee Tour Highlights
Visit the Jordan River Baptism site at Yardenit, with an option to take a quick dip in the river.
Enjoy unparalleled views of the Sea of Galilee as the tour takes you full circle around the entire sea. Stop at a panoramic lookout near Kibbutz Kfar Haruv, located on the very southern tip of the Golan Heights. From here, you will enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of the entire Sea of Galilee and Tiberias.
Tour the archeological site Kursi, where you will see the remains of the largest Byzantine monastery in Israel. Kursi is also, according to tradition, the site where Jesus performed his Miracle of the Swines.
Visit Capernaum and see the ancient remains of a first-century synagogue and the ruins of the Byzantine-era Jewish Synagogue know as the White Synagogue.
Head up the Mount of Beatitudes for a panoramic view of the Galilee and a view of the Golan Heights from the west. Named after the famous sermon, the spectacular views and serene surroundings make this a must-see for visitors of any and all faiths.

Galilee Tour Itinerary
06:30 – Pickup from Tel Aviv
07:45 – Pickup from Jerusalem
09:00 – Arrival to Yardenit, the baptismal site on the Jordan River
10:00 – Drive along the coast to a panoramic lookout point
10:30 – Continue to the archaeological site at Kursi (entrance fees not included)
11:45 – Stop at the ruins at Capernaum on the northern shore, with some of the best views of the small sea
12:15 – Head northwest and up to the Mount of Beatitudes
13:00 – Head back down towards the seashore with a stop for lunch on the way
14:15 – Continue to Tabgha for a short visit to the Church of the Multiplication
14:45 – End your tour by dipping your feet in the very spot where it is said that Jesus walked on water
17:00 – Arrive back in Tel Aviv
18:00 – Arrive back in Jerusalem

If you do not bring cash for this service, you may have to wait in line to buy your entrance ticket.
