Day 1 - Arrival in Tel Aviv/ Jerusalem/ Ben Gurion Airport
  • Arrive to Israel and take the day to relax and gear up for your adventure. Alternately, check out cuisine, street life, culture and shopping in the White City.
  • Overnight in Tel Aviv.
  • Airport transfer is available if pick up at the airport is selected.
Day 2 - Free Day in Tel Aviv
  • Spend the day how you like it in Tel Aviv, exploring whatever it is that interests you. If you love markets and people-watching, the Jaffa flea market or Shuk HaCarmel is a good bet; culture buffs will appreciate galley-hopping or a visit to the Tel Aviv Museum of Art. Be sure to spend at least a little time relaxing on one of the city's beautiful beaches, and visit one of its fantastic restaurants or cafes.
  • Overnight in Tel Aviv.
Day 3 - Sea of Galilee and Nazareth
  • Its time to head north for notable Christian sites and beautiful scenery.
  • First, you'll stop in Nazareth, the site of Jesus' most prolific years of preaching, and hear fascinating insights from an expert local guide.
  • Explore Nazareth's Old City and bustling market before reaching Basilica of the Annunciation.
  • Continue along the Sea of Galilee, passing Cana en route to the Mount of Beatitudes.
  • Tour Capernaum and visit the Church of the Multiplication.
  • Lastly, you'll visit Yardenit - the location where Jesus himself is thought to have been baptized.
  • Head back to Tel Aviv or Jerusalem for the evening.

Day 4 - Caesarea, Akko and Haifa
  • Today you'll explore the best of Israel's Mediterranean coast, starting in the ancient port city of Caesarea.
  • See Herodian remnants like the hippodrome, aqueduct, and the Roman amphitheater.
  • Make your way to the ancient port city of Akko, another UNESCO World Heritage Center. Enjoy its bustling market full of fresh seafood and sweet knafeh, then tour the underground Templar's Tunnels.
  • Next, head to Haifa to marvel at the Bahai Gardens, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Stop at the Stella Maris Monastery and enjoy some free time in the Germany Colony
  • Make your way back to Tel Aviv or Jerusalem.
  • Overnight in Tel Aviv or Jerusalem.
Day 5 - Masada, Ein Gedi and the Dead Sea
  • The day begins with a trip to the Masada fortress, one of Israel's most famous archaeological sites as well as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
  • Explore Masada's Herodian ruins cisterns and synagogues while enjoying breathtaking views clear across to the Dead Sea and the Judean Desert.
  • Enjoy a light hike through a verdant oasis with waterfalls and wild animals at Ein Gedi Nature Reserve, splashing around in cool waters while spotting Ibex, Hyrax, and unique plants.
  • The day ends with a relaxing time slathering on mineral muds and floating in the healing waters at the Dead Sea.
  • Pass Qumran, the place where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered, and Jericho, the oldest and lowest city on Earth, on your drive back to your hotel.
  • Overnight in Jerusalem or Tel Aviv.
Day 6 - Jerusalem
  • Join up with an expert guide to explore the historical, magical, and mystical Old City of Jerusalem to see the highlights of its iconic 4 Quarters.
  • Explore icons like Via Dolorosa, Church of the Holy Sepulchre, and the Western Wall, where you can pray while admiring the golden dome of Al Aqsa gleaming above.

Day 7 - Free Day in Jerusalem
  • Take the day to discover the rest of all Jerusalem has to offer!
  • We suggest heading to the city center or the German Colony for cafes and shopping, heading back to the Old City for more historical sites, or heading to one of the many fascinating museums, like the Israel Museum, Museum of Islamic Art or Yad Vashem, the Holocaust Museum and Memorial.
  • Overnight in Jerusalem or Tel Aviv.
Day 8 - Wadi Rum
  • Next, it's time to head into Jordan for an adventure in a real-life movie set, the otherworldly Wadi Rum Desert.
  • Cruise through the sand dunes in a Jeep with a local Bedouin guide, stopping at magical viewpoints along the way.
  • As you drive across the set of legendary films, you'll learn more about the desert and its indigenous Bedouin tribes.
  • Then arrive at the Bedouin camp for an authentic dinner in a Bedouin tent.
  • Overnight in Wadi Rum (Dinner included).
Day 9 - Petra
  • Enjoy a delicious Bedouin breakfast, then drive across the desert to the incredible UNESCO World Heritage Site and Wonder of the World, Petra.
  • Pass through al Siq, the dramatic cliff entrance into the ancient Nabatean city, where you will take a guided tour of the site.
  • Learn all about the Treasury, Jabal Madbach, and the Monastery, impressive structures carved into the reddish rock.
  • Take some free time to hike up to viewpoints or just soak up the atmosphere.
  • Then, make your way out of Jordan and hop over the southern tip of Israel for an overnight in Eilat, city on the Red Sea.
  • Overnight in Eilat.
Day 10 - Free Day in Nuweiba
  • Cross the Taba Border Crossing in the morning, head into Egypt for the last leg of the journey.
  • Enjoy a free day in Nuweiba. We recommend snorkeling in the colorful reefs of the Red Sea or a hike the Rainbow Canyon. You can also add an optional day tour before your transfer to Cairo in the evening.
  • Overnight in Cairo. (Breakfast included)
Day 11 - Cairo
  • Start your day with a journey into Egypt's rich past at the largest archaeological museum in the Middle East - the Egyptian Museum.
  • Choose from over 120,000 artifacts, stunning art, and ancient objects to see with your guide, including mummies, opulent jewelry, ancient earthenware, and King Tutankhamen's treasures.
  • Next, get a guided tour of the Papyrus Institute, where you'll learn all about the ancient art of papyrus production.
  • See a demonstration of how papyrus is made, with an opportunity to order your own custom-designed papyrus as a souvenir.

Day 12 - Gizeh Pyramids and Sakkara
  • Set out to see the UNESCO World Heritage Site and ancient Wonder of the World, the towering pyramids of Giza.
  • Marvel at these world-famous monuments, from largest to smallest: Cheops, Khefren, and Mankura.
  • Marvel at the incredible Sphinx statue that guards the pyramids.
  • Then, head to Sakkara, the sprawling royal necropolis next to the Step Pyramid and the Pyramid of Unas.
  • Get an insider look at the lives and deaths of the Pharaohs, and see an active archaeological dig site where more treasures are being discovered to this day.
  • Finish the day with a drive to the lush capital of ancient Egypt on the Nile River Delta, Memphis.
  • Take a tour with your guide and see its famous necropolises before driving to Cairo Train Station.
  • Finish the day with an overnight ride on a sleeper train to Luxor (Breakfast and dinner included).
Day 13 - Luxor, Valley of the Kings, Cairo
  • After a morning pick-up at the train station, head to Luxor, perched on the banks of the Nile River.
  • Explore this former capital of Upper Egypt, also referred to as Thebes,
  • following your guide past breathtaking sites including the Karnak Temple, Luxor Temple, the Valley of the Kings, and the Valley of the Queens as you cross the river.
  • Seeing how ancient Egyptian royalty was buried and revered even in death in the tombs.
  • Enjoy lunch in one of several local restaurants before continuing on to the Western Bank's other highlights.
  • See the Memnon and Hatshepsut temple with your guide before crossing back over the river for an in-depth tour of the Luxor and Karnak Temples.
  • Drive back to the train station for another overnight sleeper train ride!
  • Take the overnight train back to Cairo (Breakfast, lunch, and dinner included).
Day 14 - Departure
  • Wake up back to breakfast on the train and arrive in Cairo, where you can explore further on your own. Or, make your way to the airport to head to your next destination, taking everlasting memories of your Middle Eastern adventure along with you!
