Milgo & Milbar, Tel Aviv
A seafood restaurant with a European atmosphere, Milgo and Milbar, sits at one of the best corners in Tel Aviv, Rothschild Boulevard and Habima Square. Opened in 2013, the restaurant features a fun and lively central bar area with an open kitchen, as well as a sprinkling of tables inside on the terrace, and outside on the vibrant boulevard.

Milgo & Milbar’s menu is almost exclusively fish and seafood, with many variations. For Israel, where seafood is not common on restaurant menus, there is an impressive variety of dishes, including purple calamari on black tzadziki fraiche and panko coconut coated shrimps. The fish menu varies seasonally, however includes fusions of the Middle Eastern kitchen and Mediterranean fish traditions, such as fish cubes with hummus cream, and a sea fish kebab.
