Radiohead are set to perform in Tel Aviv, Israel in July 2017 for what will be their fourth concert in the country, and the first since 2000. Radiohead are one of the worlds most pre-eminent rock bands, but their rise to fame had an Israeli angle – it was only after an Israeli radio DJ played their song, “Creep” that they began to have a large local Israeli following which led to their first ever international concert, in Tel Aviv, in 1993. Since this time, Radiohead have released 9 studio albums, and were named by Rolling Stone readers as the second-best artist of the 2000s. Radiohead are expected to perform at Tel Aviv’s Park Hayarkon on July 19, 2017. Tickets are on sale now.
