Free Opera in the Yarkon Park in Tel Aviv. August 9, 2018
Tel Aviv hosts an annual opera in the park performance every July in the beautiful Yarkon Park in the north of the city. The 2011 opera will take place on Thursday July 19 at 9pm and will be a special outdoor performance of Mozart's Magic Flute. Entrance is, of course free, and seating is on the grass so be sure to get there a little early, bring a blanket, and have a great evening. Read More
Lenny Kravitz Concert in Tel Aviv, Israel. October 6, 2012
Lenny Kravitz has announced that he will be giving a concert in Israel during October 2012. Kravitz, who has never given a concert in Israel before is one of the most noted musicians of recent decades winning the Grammy Award for "Best Male Rock Vocal Performance" four years in a row from 1999 to 2002. He will reach the shores of Tel Aviv as part of his “Black and White in America” tour, named after his latest album. Rufus Wainwright Concerts in Tel Aviv, Israel. June 3 and 4 2012.
Rufus Wainwright has announced that he will return to give two concerts in Tel Aviv, Israel in June 2012 The first will take place at Ronit's Farm near Kibbutz Gaash, about fifteen minutes north of Tel Aviv, and the second, at the Reading 3 club in the city. Wainwright's first concert in Tel Aviv was in 2008 when he sold out two shows and praised the food of Tel Aviv saying he was "eating [his] way through Jaffa". The festival is the biggest festival of Jewish soul music in the world that and the 2011 festival will be its 24th occurrence, expected to draw tens of thousands of visitors from across Israel and further afield to the city known for its place at the center of the mystical Kabballah. British DJ and producer, Mark Ronson will be returning to Tel Aviv on February 21, 2013. The concert will mark his third visit to Tel Aviv in two years after he came in twice to Tel Aviv in 2011.
