The Sound of Winter festival is returning to Jerusalem in January-February 2013. Every Monday during late January and early February, the festival will move to another part of town bringing with it twenty to twenty-five events giving a grand total of eighty events in Jerusalem throughout the month! All of the events are free, and the events range from concerts to exhibitions, film screenings, cooking classes, workshops, art lessons, movie marathons and more! The Sound of Winter, Jerusalem will be taking place in Jerusalem in January-February 2013.
The events in Sound of Winter will be taking place in venues varying from restaurants, cafes, and galleries, hotels, and hostels, private houses, cultural centers, and even obscure places such as hairdressers and printing shops. It is going to be a unique and vibrant cultural celebration, an amazing array of events in Jerusalem. Moving around to a different area of Jerusalem each week, the Sound of Winter will feature:
January 21, 2013: Havatzalet Compound (near Russian Compound)
January 28, 2013: Bezelel, Nachlaot area
February 4, 2013: Shlomtzion (north of Mamilla)
February 11, 2013: Hillel, Shamai area (center of town)
