There is an amazing selection of restaurants in Tel Aviv bringing together the culinary traditions of Tel Aviv’s residents who originate from the most extremely diverse places. The restaurant scene in the city has improved immeasurably in quality over the past decade and Tel Aviv now boasts literally hundreds of top quality restaurants and cafes which serve almost every cuisine imaginable, often with a local Israeli twist.
