A private tour of Masada – either at dawn, or if you prefer, later in the day. The ascent of the slopes of Masada is an iconic part of Israeli life, and doing so at sunrise provides a magical experience as the dark desert sky gives way to the amazing landscape that lies beneath. For those who wish not to walk, a cable car is an alternative. Once at the peak of Masada, this tour includes a tour of the ruins, before a visit to Ein Gedi, touring the kibbutz, botanical gardens, and National Park, a float in the Dead Sea, and return to your hotel in Jerusalem.

Masada Tour Highlights

• Collecting you from your Jerusalem hotel either in the early morning (at about 4am) or later if you prefer!
• Travel with your licensed Israel tour guide to Masada in a luxury vehicle which can seat up to seven people
• Climb the famous Snake Path up the slopes of this symbolic mountain or take the cable car
• As you climb, (if at dawn) the sun will be rising higher into the sky, shining light over the sandy Negev desert and vivid blue Dead Sea which stands below, and once at the top, the reward for your early morning start will be clear as the amazing landscape stands majestically beneath.
