Pianist Richard Clayderman will be giving three concerts in Israel, in the cities of Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, and Haifa, in early March 2012. The trio of concerts will be the first in Israel for four years for the French musician whose career has spanned over four decades. Clayderman has sold over 100 million albums in 57 different countries, with 290 gold and 90 platinum discs, and his greatest hits include “Ballade pour Adeline”, “Don’t Cry for Me Argentina”, as well as themes from West Side Story, Love Story and Schindler’s List, all of which will feature in his concerts in Israel. Clayderman will perform in Israel between March 1-3, 2012.

The Scorpions, one of the most popular heavy metal bands in history will be returning to Israel to give a concert in Tel Aviv. The band will perform their ballads which are particularly popular among their Israeli audience for whom they have performed a number of times in recent years. The Scorpions will be giving their concert in Tel Aviv on May 7, 2012, at the Nokia Arena.

Showing at the Beit Lessin Theater in Tel Aviv, this musical has been showing in the major theater capitals of the world, London and New York for twenty years, and will surely be a sell out in culture-hungry Israel.

American jazz pianist McCoy Tyner and his Trio will be coming to Israel to give a concert at the Performing Arts Center in Petach Tikva, a city located near Tel Aviv, Israel. He will be performing on March 3, 2012 in his first concert in the country for fifteen years. McCoy Tyner is one of jazz’s living legends who was a central part in the legendary John Coltrane quartet.

International DJ sensation, AVICII, will be performing for the first time in Israel in Tel Aviv this February. AVICII, whose full name is Tim Bergling, was ranked in 2011 as the 6th best DJ in the world, and his music has been well received around the world. He will be performing in Tel Aviv on February 2, 2012 as part of the XL Nightlife Festival at the Bitan 1 club in Tel Aviv.

The Tel Aviv Accessible Art Fair will be returning in February 2012, welcoming over 30 emerging and established artists from every corner of the globe to Tel Aviv. The Accessible Art Fair is part of a global series of events which take place each year aiming to present visitors with the best selection of contemporary art from all over the world, in a casual, friendly atmosphere. Tel Aviv Accessible Art Fair will be held between February 12-16 and will focus upon up-and coming designers creating an event concentrating on ‘Design Space and Tel Aviv Art and Design.

Swedish death metal band Arch Enemy will be giving a concert in Tel Aviv, Israel. The band who have released nine studio albums since their formation in 1996 will be giving one concert in Tel Aviv, at the Reading 3 club in the north of the city as part of their world tour.

American Grammy award winning singer Janis Ian will be giving three concerts in Tel Aviv in January 2012. It will be the first performance in Israel for 32 years for Ian, a folk singer who rose to fame in the 1970′s notably for her song ‘At Seventeen’. Janis Ian will be performing at the Reading 3 club in Tel Aviv on the evenings of January 21 and 22, and for a matinee lunchtime performance on January 20.
